These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.e2visateam.com and any other websites, applications, or digital platforms operated under the E2 Visa Team brand (collectively, the “Site”).

In these Terms, the terms “E2 Visa Team,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to Specialized Immigration Law Group, P.C., a California professional law corporation, and its partnership with E2 Visa Team.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. LEGAL AFFILIATION AND DISCLAIMER

E2 Visa Team has a partnership with Specialized Immigration Law Group, P.C., a California-based law firm specializing in investment and employment-based immigration, including E-2, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions.

All legal services are provided exclusively by licensed attorneys employed by or contracted through Specialized Immigration Law Group, P.C. (“SILG”).

E2 Visa Team functions as a marketing and client-intake division under SILG and does not operate as an independent law firm or non-legal entity offering immigration representation.

While the E2 Visa Team facilitates consultations and case assessments, any formal attorney-client relationship is established only upon execution of a written engagement agreement directly with Specialized Immigration Law Group, P.C.

Nothing on this Site should be construed as legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use this Site. By using this Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. ACCESS AND USE

All legal work, immigration filings, and attorney consultations are handled solely by SILG attorneys.

We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party products or services, and your use of such services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All materials available on this Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Specialized Immigration Law Group, P.C.
